Tomato Sauce Healthy Grouper RecipesIngredients:
- Grouper fillet 1 inches thickness 4 pieces with 5 ounce weight for each
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Olive oil 1.5 tbsp
- Yellow onion 1 finely chop
- Garlic 2 cloves minced
- Tomato 3 pieces, seed and peeled, cut into dice
- Pimiento-stuffed olives 5 large pieces sliced
- Capers 1 tbsp rinsed
- Jalapeno chili 1 piece, seeded, then cut into julienne with 1 inches size
- Lime juice 2 tbsp
1. Take the grouper fillet, and then sprinkle the surfaces with the 1/8 tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt.
2. Take a frying pan, large size and non stick. Pour inside 1.5 tsp of olive oil.
3. Heat the frying pan using medium heat setting.
4. Put the grouper fillet on the frying pan, and then sear both surfaces very lightly until the color turn brown. With around two minutes cooking time on each side.
5. Take out then set them aside.
6. For the sauce, turn down the heat setting to medium.
7. Pour inside the frying pan 1 tbsp of the olive oil.
8. Add the onion inside then sauté it until it soft and the color turn into gold which will take around 6 minutes to do.
9. Add garlic inside the frying pan then sauté it until it soft which will take around 1 minute to do.
10. Add inside the olive, tomato, jalapeno and caper, and then let it to shimmer so the flavor will blend which will take around 10 minutes to do.
11. Add the rest of the ¼ tsp of salt and the 1/8 tsp of pepper.
12. Add the grouper fillet inside the frying pan then cover the frying pan and let it shimmer so the fish will cook and the meat turn into opaque which will take around nine to eight minutes to do.
13. Take the grouper fillet out and put it into each plate.
14. Add the lime juice into the frying pan then stir to mix.
15. Add the sauce on top of the grouper fillet. Serve immediately.

- Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced ½ tsp
- Grouper fillet 2 pieces with 4 ounce weight for each
- Lemon 2 wedges
- Italian seasoning ¼ tsp

1. Take a small bowl, then put inside the garlic and teriyaki sauce, stir to mix.
2. Take a baking pan then spray it using cooking spray.
3. Put the grouper fish fillet into the baking pan.
4. Take a brush then apply the teriyaki mixture into the grouper fillet.
5. Cover the baking pan using aluminum foil then put them in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
6. Do not forget to preheat the oven broiler.
7. Put the grouper fillet into the oven with four inches distance from the broiler heat element.
8. Broil the grouper fillet for five to ten minutes to seven minutes until the meat is flaky.
9. Take out the grouper fillet from inside the oven broiler.
10. Squeeze one lemon wedge on each of the grouper fillet.
11. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning into the surface of the grouper fillet.
12. Served immediately.

- Grouper fillet 4 pieces with half inches thickness and six ounce weight
- Cooking wine white 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp melted
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Seasoning old bay 2 tsp
- Lemon 4 wedges

1. Preheat the broiler oven before usage.
2. Take a jelly roll pan then coat it using cooking spray.
3. Take a small bowl, and then pour inside the white wine, lemon juice, and butter. Use a whisk to mix all of those ingredients.

5. Use brush to apply the wine mixture into the surface of the grouper fillets.
